Improving Care for Young Status Holders in Amsterdam

Young status holders often only receive (health)care when their problems have already progressed too far. How can we ensure they receive help earlier? Chico Taguba is investigating how mental health and addiction care can be better integrated with the social domain for young status holders between the ages of 18 and 25 in Amsterdam. “Together with practical organizations like Dynamo, the COA, RefugeeWork Netherlands, neighborhood teams, Jellinek Prevention, and Life Goals, I will explore the obstacles they face in providing care for mental health and addiction issues among young status holders,” Chico explains.
